Hans & Albert Bar
The Hans and Albert Bar in the Hotel Rößle’s manor house offers a unique self-service experience in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Located right next to the library, guests can choose and enjoy their favorite drinks in peace. This bar is a whisky and gin bar, with a diverse selection. Payment is straightforward: you fill out a slip and drop it in the drinks box.

Maya the Bee Cocktail Bar
The Maya the Bee Bar at the Hotel Rößle invites you to a unique culinary experience! In the cozy ambiance of our eco-friendly wooden building, you’ll find an innovative cocktail machine, stylishly integrated into a honeycomb. Here, you can tap your favorite drink yourself – choose from 25 different cocktails, half of which are non-alcoholic.
