Important information prior to your arrival
You can check in on arrival from 1:00 PM.
Would you like to get to your room earlier?
If the room is already ready, you can also check in before 1:00 PM at a surcharge of € 20.00 per room. You are welcome to start your arrival day with a comfortable breakfast at a special price of € 5.00 per person in addition to the “early check-in”.
Check-out time on the day of departure is no later than 11:00 AM.
For a “late check-out” at the day of departure, we charge € 40.00 per room.
Please note that this is only possible on request.
Of course you can still use our spa.
For the use of the spa on departure day after 11:00 AM without room usage, we charge € 10.00 per person.
Payment is due upon departure.
We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro or EC-card.
Our meal times:
Breakfast: 7:00 am to 10:00 am
lunch: 11:30 am to 02:00 pm
small card: 02:00 pm to 05:30 pm
Dinner: 5:30 to 8:30 PM
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to pay a deposit?
A deposit is not required. However, you are welcome to pay a deposit prior to arrival. In this case, we will give you our exact bank details.
Are all the rooms the same?
Our rooms are described on our website. All our rooms have a different decor and size, due to the Black Forest house, e.g. not all our Comfort Double Rooms are cut the same and are not of equal size.
We are showing an example of every room category on our website.
Is it possible to set up an extra bed for children in each room?
You may also stay with your whole family at our house. We have special family rooms (see room categories) and we can, in most of the Comfort Double Rooms, as well set up extra beds or baby cots for your children. Alternatively, we have our Comfort Apartments where we can set up extra beds in the living room of the apartment. In the apartments, we can accommodate a maximum of 2 small children.
Are there fully accessible rooms?
Yes, we also have wheelchair accessible rooms in our hotel. One in the category Comfort Double Room and one in the Double Room Superior.
Please notify us when booking. Both are in the main building, which has a lift. Also our indoor pool is accessible, but the pool itself is only accessible via a staircase.
Are there enough parking facilities at the hotel?
We have a large car park next to the hotel.
Are dogs allowed?
You are welcome to stay with us together with your dog. Please let us know in advance when you bring a dog, because dogs are only allowed in some of our rooms. We inform you about the costs by sending you an offer.
Is there WiFi in the hotel?
We have an open WIFI net, free of charge.
Can I book a table at the restaurant?
We automatically reserve a table for our hotel guests for breakfast and dinner.
How long can you cancel the booking?

Do you offer spa treatments?
You are welcome to book various spa treatments at our house.
Under “Wellness”, all applications that we offer in our house are listed. Even in our regular “Packages” you will find packages where spa treatments are included. Just tell us your exact treatment wishes, so that we can help you to book them.
Should we book spa treatments in advance?
We kindly ask for your reservations of spa treatments in advance. We suggest reservations approx two weeks in advance.
How to pay spa treatments?
Applications within offered packages are included in the hotel price. Seperated booked treatments have to be paid directly cash in the spa area.
Can you get vegan dishes?
We mainly cook with regional and seasonal products. We are not specially targeted to vegan-dishes.
Do you have a closing day?
We have no closing day. We are available every day for our guests.
Is it possible to order a voucher of your hotel?
You are welcome to order a voucher of our hotel. We can issue gift vouchers of a special value or for a particular package.
In your order, we need the name of the presentee and the occasion so that we can customize the voucher. We are happy to also add a specific text in the voucher. Finally, we need your address so we can send you the voucher.
As for the payment, we can handle it in two different ways:
1) We first send you the invoice and you transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. Once we have received the money, we will then send you the voucher. As it always takes some time until the money has arrived on our account, you can send a copy of the deposit slip by fax or e-mail so that you receive the voucher faster.
2) You send us your credit card details (card number and expiration date) and we charge the invoice amount directly to your credit card. Thus, we can send you the voucher directly.
