Our hotel is beautyfully situated in the Todtmooser district Strick.
Todtmoos is located in the southern Black Forest on a hight of 800-1200 meters over the sea. By the use of the electronic timetable information Baden-Württemberg you can find the most favourable connection.
travel by car:
Over the motorway Karlsruhe-Basel (A 5)
Motorway exit Freiburg center direction Titisee straightforward by Freiburg. Follow the signposting B31/Kirchzarten. Turn at the sighnpost of B31 toward Kirchzarten/Todtnau. In Todtnau to the right in direction Basel/Todtmoos. About 4 km later to the left in direction Todtmoos. Cross the district Todtmoos-Weg, then you reach the district Todtmoos-Strick. Our house is directly at the road to Todtmoos.
Over the motorway Stuttgart-Singen (A 81)
Motorway exit Donaueschingen-Freiburg direction Freiburg and Titisee-Neustadt. There to the right in direction Basel-Todtnau. In Bärental to the left in direction Schluchsee-Waldshut (B 500). Directly at the beginning of Schlusee to the right in dirction Menzenschwand. The next village is Bernau and then follow the signposting Todtmoos.From this on towards district Todtmoos-Strick.

Freiburg center: about 49 km and about 60 minutes travle time
Donaueschingen: about 80 km and about 90 minutes travle time
Basel: about 55 km and about 60 minutes travle time

The rail destination is Seebrugg. Railway connections to Seebrugg exist several times daily from Freiburg main station. Starting from seebrug you reach Todtmoos with the buses of the SBG. Closer information to the timetables of the train you get directly with the Deutschen Bahn.
travel by plane:
EuroAirport Basel–Mülhouse–Freiburg
The Euroairport can be attained by car in about one hour travel time.
